That's why I created Casa de Bloom.
I was born in Ukraine and later lived in Israel, Croatia, Cyprus, and the Dominican Republic before eventually making San Diego my home.
For more than a decade, I've been building businesses, creating communities, traveling the world, and studying what truly makes people happy.
Today I divide my time between Kiwi Spa, Casa de Bloom, my son Roni, and creating experiences that bring extraordinary people together.
In this presentation, I'll share how a childhood lesson from my grandmother eventually became Kiwi Spa, Casa de Bloom, Lux Island, and a growing community built around one simple idea: Value Creates Value.

When I was a little girl, I watched my grandmother help people using herbs, kindness, and whatever knowledge she had. She never charged money. People simply gave back what they could.
Value for value. That lesson stayed with me forever.
Many years later, it became the foundation for everything I create.

Long before Casa de Bloom existed, I spent years building Kiwi Spa. Today, thousands of clients throughout San Diego trust Kiwi Spa for personalized skincare experiences, advanced facial treatments, and transformational results.

Lux Island was created to bring that back.
The Marketplace isn't about products. The Marketplace is about people, opportunities, talents, and possibilities. It gives members a place to showcase businesses, services, creative projects, experiences, products, skills, and ideas.

Part of the long-term vision includes supporting animal rescue organizations, community initiatives, educational opportunities, and projects that create meaningful positive impact.
